After I moved in, she started sneaking into my home constantly. I'd come home from work, and she would come greet me at the door half asleep.

She would just show up in my home at random times, and for a month or two I had no idea how.

It wasn't until I was off to work one day that I looked down as I opened my door, and within half a second and silent as a mouse, she jumped past my legs. and into my home

But it wasn't just that. Every time I would open a window or my terrace door, she would come inside. And as I started kicking her out, she just learned to run and hide instead of making her presence known

I would wake up in the middle of the night with her just jumping into my bed, demanding cuddles

So for a while I would do a search around my home every night before bed, but because my neighbors often had gone to bed by then,

she would almost always be back standing outside my bedroom window meowing at me until I would let her in again

So eventually I just gave up. I let her have it her way, which seems to be a 60/40 custody agreement of sorts between me and my neighbor.

Mr_Straws Is it normal for that breed to look unwell and so scruffy? It looks like it needs a vet. I hope not, I haven't seen those types of cats before. Bless you for taking care of her

Lasse Den950432te OP She's perfectly fine =) Devon Rex cats only has a thin fur with tiny hair strands. They basically have no ability to hold on to heat, and so they're constantly looking for radiating heat sources (like a human body or an oven)

This is actually what makes them one of the most cuddle-loving cat breeds out there Here she is chilling on my stereo receiver. It's not a very energy efficient receiver, so it constantly blows hot air straight up, which she loves. This is basically her favorite spot now.
